The cost of orthodontic treatment will vary depending on individual needs and treatment goals. Once treatment options are discussed and a treatment plan has been determined, the orthodontic fee will be set.
At Patritto Orthodontics, it is our goal to provide you with high quality orthodontic treatment. That’s why we offer several types of flexible financing. In-house financing requires an initial down payment and the remainder to be paid in monthly installments. A 6% bookkeeping discount is offered if payment is made in full within 30 days of the start of treatment by cash or check and 4% discount is offered for payment in full by credit card. Outside financing such as CareCredit®, can arrange finance agreements with more flexible payment variations. We accept credit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo and also allow bank drafts. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.
We understand the benefit of flexible spending accounts and the use of pre-tax dollars. Our treatment coordinator will determine the proper timeline for starting treatment and obtaining your maximum flex benefit. We will work with you in setting up an initial down payment as well as monthly/quarterly payments to coordinate with your flexible spending program.
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will be happy to file a claim on your behalf and help you obtain the maximum benefits allowable.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If during the course of treatment your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
